Tecnico del Laboratorio de Biologia Molecular y Bioquimica

Salish Kootenai College seeks applicants for a Molecular Biology and Biochemistry Laboratory Technician in the Biological and Chemical Sciences Department. The position supports the laboratory instruction within the Department of Biological and Chemical Sciences and the activities of the SKC Molecular Biology and Biochemistry Research Laboratory (MBL). Duties will include approximately 50% laboratory preparation, instruction, and course development for selected chemistry and biology courses and 50% dedicated to the scientific research activities of the MBL. Qualifications: M.S. (Master's degree) in bioscience-related field, preferably Molecular Biology or Biochemistry. A Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Physics with 5 years experience will also be considered.
