System Analyst

Skills/Experience
*Knowledge of application design and State application development processes.
*Translate business requirements into systemic requirements and detailed
functional designs for major project application components.
*Possess skills associated with a full requirements-through-test deliverables.
*Communication skills to support information gathering, distribution, and
presentation at any organizational level
*Ability to participate in the planning and development of documents related to
application testing.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
*Work to ensure completeness and feasibility of functional specifications and
obtain sign-off
*Experience working in a J2EE/Oracle Environmentcifications and obtain sign-off
*Experience working in a J2EE/Oracle Environment
