Project Lead

Requerimos recursos que cumplan especificamente en forma y tiempo los siguientes requisitos:
At least 7 years of experience in:
*Developing and managing against an approved project work plan.
*Experience as a project manager or as a project lead, including management of contracted resources.
*Executive level communication and presentation skills
*Developing written deliverables associated with a systems development project.
*Defining staff resource estimates based on approved functional requirements and design specifications.
*Experience leading facilitated meetings and workshops to identify and document business needs and functional requirements.
*Experience developing and executing test plans and training plans.
*Defining and documenting functional requirements and design specifications for case management systems.
*Experience defining and documenting system interfaces associated with case management systems.
*Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.

Preference:

*Experience working with Texas county government, particularly district/county courts, to define and document functional requirements and design specifications.
*Experience in use case development and documentation.
