Job Description


Responsibilities: The employee will be an individual contributor on a highly dynamic advanced III-V microwave/millimeter wave technology development team. Responsibilities include: 1) Execute/lead development of processes to realize "novel" III-V devices, circuits and structures; 2) Design and execute process devlopment and engineering experiments in both R&D and production wafer environments including transition to production; 3) Perform electrical and physical characterization. Successful candidate must be a "team player" and interact with all level of the organization from leadership to operators

The ideal candidate will possess


Required Skills:
Hands on experience in the area of III-V wafer processing, process development, device and material design


Desired Skills:
semiconductor device physics, vacuum processes, plasma processing, photolithography, plating, metallurgy, thin film dielectrics, use of design of experiment techniques, microwave semiconductor devices, GaAs, InP, interconnect technology, flip chip technology


Typical Experience: 4-6 years

Degree: B.S.
