*Experience with business processes reengineering and identifying new
applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.
*Experience with and knowledge of industry standards (including legacy, core and
emerging technologies), business process mapping.
*Experience with and knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and
procedures including (IT Enterprise Development Life Cycle)
*Experience working with relational database concepts, and client-server
concepts.
*Experience with word processing applications (MS Word), spreadsheets (MS
Excel), Visio, MS Project, Crystal Reports
*Experience with clearly documenting and communicating business concepts,
practices and processes (building workflow processes)
*Experience conducting requirements-gathering interviews with end users
*Experience creating training materials and leading training sessions
*Experience preparing test scripts and performing QA testing ensuring outcomes
align with requirements
*Experience performing root cause analysis to clearly identify where problems
lie collaborate with technical staff to correct problems summarize and report
program/data problem requests for technical staff.
*Maintain policies and procedures of system as well as user documentation
*Written and oral communication skills

5 años de experiencia en:
*Coordinate and facilitate meetings with technical team and end-users (SMEs)
document outcomes and distribute to team follow up on outstanding issues
1 año de experiencia en.
*Experience with Rational Suite of Products
