HR Recruitment Business Analyst

Requerimos de elementos que tengan al menos 7 años de experiencia en las
siguientes áreas:
*Demonstrated and verifiable work experience in leading business process
reengineering, strategic planning, performance management, and change management
initiatives for the modern business era.
*Experience with managing and supervising subordinates providing change
management and organization effectiveness services.
*Experience with process mapping and business process management tools.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Exceptional ability to develop and deliver presentations.
*Strong facilitation skills.
*Ability to engage client executives.

De preferencia no menos d 5 años de experiencia en:
*Knowledge of Six Sigma a plus.
*Possession of excellent business consulting skills, including data gathering,
analysis, and listening skills.
*Experience in SAP HR modules
*Experience in HR recruitment

**Proyecto con duración de un mes a desarrollarse directamente en San Antonio
Texas, es necesario un amplio dominio del idioma inglés, asi como cumplir en
