Senior .NET Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will be able to self-manage and as some leadership experience, as they will be required to lead certain projects. They must have strong design and coding experience, as well as familiarity with databases and stored procedures. Responsibilities will include designing, developing and maintaining web-application and business-logic infrastructure, including but not limited to Visual Studio.

Required Skills & Experience
.NET, C#, ASP.net, SQL, XML, XSLT, n-tier, OOP/OOD
7+ years of hands-on development in Microsoft-platform web development environment
Expert in web application engineering and debug
Proactive communications and planning skills; software design skills
Comfortable in a team leadership/supervisor capacity; mentor skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to share knowledge and skills with co-workers
Likes working in a team environment takes initiative, detail/quality oriented
