Kitchen Manager


The Kitchen Manager is ultimately responsible for food production, ensuring great food quality and recipe adherence throughout the shift. Is responsible for all kitchen functions on an opening, mid or closing shift to include food quality management, supervision of all kitchen staff, sanitation, safety and pace.
