Job Description


Responsibilities: Assignment is in Propulsion Group responsible for the development and production oversight of Propulsion Systems. Position responsibilities include: technical management of Propulsion System development projects, technical oversight of hardware subcontracts, reviewing & approving subcontractor data, making presentations to management & Government agencies, project Cost Account Management (CAM) and Risk Management. Travel and overtime may be required on an as needed basis

The ideal candidate will possess


Required Skills:
This Sr. Propulsion Engineer position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) in engineering and a minimum of 10 years experience in managing the development of DoD related products. The selected individual must have a working knowledge of MS-project, MS-Word and Power-Point. Secret Clearance required.


Desired Skills:
Specific experience in propulsion related products. Project engineering, design, analysis, and testing of solid rocket, hybrid and liquid propulsion technologies.
