Job Description


Responsibilities: Systems Requirements/Flowdown Manager will be the primary lead for Engineering Teams of 15 - 60 people within RMS Engineering Programs. Systems Requirements/Flowdown Manager is viewed within the company as an expert within the field will make final decisions on administrative or operational issues and participates with other managers in developing and establishing business decisions. The candidate for Systems Requirements/Flowdown must exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness, while creating and applying new concepts. Development and application of highly advanced technologies, scientific principals, theories and concepts are required. Must act independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs and is responsible for the results and effectiveness of program.

The ideal candidate will possess


Required Skills:
Experience with integration of systems (hardware and software) and a strong background in Radar and EO. Establish and recommend technological application programs to accomplish long-range objectives. Familarity with Requirements Flowdown tool DOORS


Desired Skills:
Missile Systems experience and working knowledge of Global Positioning Satellite(GPS)Technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
