Job Description


Responsibilities: The senior Reliability Engineer will work without appreciable direction and will exercise considerable latitude in technical decisions to meet customer requirements. The senior Reliability Engineer will represent the RMSS Department as a key team member of the program. This will include identifying key issues and addressing them with the optimal technical solutions. The senior Reliability Engineer must be proficient in the following disciplines and processes: Sneak Circuit Analysis, EP/CTA, Reliability prediction Analysis, Reliability Interfaces, FRACAS (Failure Reporting and Corrective Action Process), Stress Analysis, Reliability Modeling, Design Assurance Analysis, Failure Diagnostics and Data/Trend Analysis, Familiarity with Reliability tool sets (i.e. Relex, Ascent, etc.), FMECA Analysis. Position will require application of all of these elements

Positions at U.S. locations may require citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances. Additional clearances may also be required from the DoD.



The ideal candidate will possess


Required Skills:
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products. Preparation of both internal and customer reports describing various analyses.


Desired Skills:
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.


Typical Experience: 8-10 years

Degree: B.S.
