Job Description
Responsibilities: The Manager of the Israeli RF Amplifiers program is responsible for all cost, schedule, and technical aspects of this $66.4M program that is transitioning into production. The program is currently in it's third year, with the design entering qualification. Some 70 ship sets (210 units) remain to be delivered over the next three years. The job involves leading a team from various functional organizations including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and Finance, as well as working with with suppliers and the Israeli customer. Additional responsibilities include informing internal management of plans and status through monthly presentations, and the coordination of Program Management Reviews with the customer. Some travel to Israel may be required. This position will report to the Director, Israeli Programs.

The ideal candidate will possess
Required Skills:
U.S. citizanship required. Experience successfully managing a large program involving engineering development of electronic defense hardware and transition of the design to production. Knowledge of electronic design is required; some knowledge of microwave design, mechanical design, and software design. Experience with configuration management, produce assurance, and integrated logistics support. Detailed knowledge of and experience in using Earned-value management systems(BCWS, BCWP, ACWP) for management and reporting. Experience in creating and using resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules using Microsoft Project. Fluency with other computer applications including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent leadership skills. Must be able to work productively under stressful situations. Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge EMI/EMC. Knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems. Fluency in Hebrew a plus.
