Responsibilities: Responsible for the design and layout of full-custom linear CMOS Integrated circuits.
Position: Full-Time

Positions at U.S. locations may require citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances. Additional clearances may also be required from the DoD.



The ideal candidate will possess


Required Skills:
BSEE required with experience or education in full-custom CMOS Integrated Circuit (IC) design. Applicant should possess strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, linear IC design, simulation, layout, CAD, and testing. Knowledge of software design tools for transistor model extraction, noise analysis, circuit simulation, digital design, custom layout, and verification is helpful. MSEE or Ph.D. a plus. Will be responsible for the design, layout, and testing of CMOS chips in support imaging applications.


Desired Skills:
Experience in memory design, A-to-D's, radiation environments, and cryogenic applications very applicable. Cryogenic modeling of MOSFETs and statistical design is also desired. Six Sigma Specialist. R6 Sigma.
