Job Description
Responsibilities: Design and analyze fuel systems for cruise missiles. Perform simulations of fluid flow during all phases of flight including negative "g" maneuvers. Must consider temperature effects on viscosity. Assist in selecting pumps, filters, pickups, valves, etc. Perform some thermal analysis of system components. Interface with Program Management and external customer required. Some team leadership and cross-IPT engagement required.

The ideal candidate will possess
Required Skills:
Understanding of incompressible fluid flow. Experience simulating and designing jet fuel systems. Knowledge of Mathcad, MATLAB or other suitable simulation tool. Ability to communicate complex concepts to customer audience. Good written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of thermal analysis tools such as either PATRAN, ANSYS, or CINDA helpful. Experience with fuel system integration. Supplemental knowledge of air breathing propulsion systems is a plus.
