Job Description
Responsibilities: ** Aerodynamic and propulsion testing of existing and new missile systems in transonic and supersonic wind tunnels ** Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult test problems. Support and lead wind tunnel test team design and test activities for existing and new missile systems in propulsion and external aerodynamic disciplines. This will include support of off-site test activities, including propulsion tests and force and moment wind tunnel tests.

The ideal candidate will possess
Required Skills:
Stability and Control Wind Tunnel Test Engineer: 6 years minimum experience in conducting wind tunnel testing of advanced airframe configurations in the subsonic, transonic, and supersonic speed regimes. This should include all aspects of aerospace wind tunnel testing. Recent experience with multiple wind tunnel model vendors and test facilities is required. Travel to wind tunnel model vendors and test facilities will be required. Must be able to work non-standard shifts for extended periods.
Desired Skills:
Ability to work well in a highly technical team environment. Must have "people skills" to interact with external customers. Ability to work alternate shifts as required to support program requirements.
