Job Description
Responsibilities: Intelligence and Information Systems is aggressively pursuing multiple full-time Radar Signal Processing and Tool Developer positions to support a customer in the field of ELINT analysis. These positions require an established background in advanced signal processing techniques and higher level mathematics and physics. The prospective candidate must be able to work with experienced ELINT (Radar) analysts to develop new tools to extract further information on the radar systems capabilities and limitations as well as modeling and simulation. These positions will be involved in the development of new advanced analytic methodologies and software to extend the Intelligence Community's understanding and capabilities. The customer maintains a state-of-the-art computing and analytic tool environment including separate scientific computing resources and access to super-computers. This is an IMDS STO position.

The ideal candidate will possess
Required Skills:
Candidate must possess the education and skills to understand and exploit advanced signal processing systems, techniques and algorithms. A strong capability in higher level mathematics and or physics is desired as well as an understanding of current trends in Radar technology, statistical analysis, digital signal waveform generation, and neural networks. Candidate must posses the capability to interact with experienced signal analysts and proactively solve engineering problems. The candidate must also posses programming abilities in either āCā, Java, Fortran and/or X-Windows.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of core signal analysis tools such as X-Midas or Martes. Knowledge of radar analysis performance assessment processes. Knowledge of hardware accelerators such as the XP-15, XP-30, SAM-450 and ICE-PICK cards.
