Job Description
Responsibilities: This position, in the Electronic Assemblies Supplier Management department, requires the subcontract management of medium and high complexity subcontracts in support of multiple programs. Establishment of effective supplier relationships will be required. Candidate will be responsible for selecting qualified suppliers, seeking alternate suppliers (when applicable), negotiation of prices, schedules and terms and conditions, and post-award subcontract management in accordance with company work instructions. This assignment involves significant program interaction with associated Integrated Product Teams. Additionally, candidate may be required to participate in supplier development activity. Some travel will be required.

The ideal candidate will possess
Required Skills:
Minimum of four (4) years experience in a subcontract administration role. Strong interpersonal skills. Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong proficiency in the use of the personal computer.
Desired Skills:
Ability to develop and maintain a technical commodity knowledge. Knowledge of government contracting requirements.
