Job Description


Responsibilities: Line of Sight (LOS) Control Design & Analysis. Will perform detail design for precision pointing of complex control systems. Involves LOS trajectory generation, attitude determination, pointing and stabilization architecture, system analysis and control algorithms.
Position: Full-Time

Existing clearance required

Positions at U.S. locations may require citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances. Additional clearances may also be required from the DoD.



The ideal candidate will possess


Required Skills:
Knowledge and/or experience in Line-of-Sight control systems. MATLAB/SIMULINK tools. C Programming familiarity. Stabilization and Jitter math modeling, simulation and analysis. Algorithm design and development.


Desired Skills:
Attitude determination, estimation theory and application (e.g. Kalman filtering). Requirements flowdown, verification and validation. Integration and test. Error budgeting. Actuators and Sensors, Inertial Sensors. Structural dynamics, Optical Kinematics, Digital Servos/sampling rate/software implementation.


Typical Experience: 6-8 years

Degree: M.S.

Major(s): Engineering - General
