Job Description
Responsibilities: Will either lead or be a key member on proposal development leadership team. Responsible for building / leading low observable technology efforts and airframe implementation. Manage low observable design team and participate in trade studies with other engineering disciplines in advanced vehicle design. Must have excellent customer interface skills.

The ideal candidate will possess
Required Skills:
Must have demonstrated success as a Low Observable / Radar Cross Section designer, analyst or engineer. Must have 14+ years experience developing / leading low observable design, test / evaluation and production, covering cradle to grave experience. Needs to have proposal development experience and established customer recognition.
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of the ElectroMagenetic Code Consortium (EMCC) prediction codes (xpatch, Carlos 3D) is highly desirable. Ability to work long hours on occasion. Excellent written and oral communications skills strongly desired. Current SSBI desired.
