Inventory Control Associate

-To assure all merchandise received for Arrow Electronics, Inc. Is processed for importation to Mexico on a daily basis and during the same day.
-Report all situations that could hold importation process to Nogales Supervision, in order to find solutions and correct the situation during the same day.
-Verification and signing receipt of shipments/merchandise received by Carriers, or other Arrow warehouses, as well as equipment, tooling and correspondence.
-Verification of each shipment in Sonitronies system to avoid importation of ITAR parts.
-Verification of PO and Part Number existence in Arrow Electronics, Inc. Systems, segregating product that are not in compliance.
-Preparation of importation documentation "Packing List" in compliance with applicable procedures.
-Release merchandise to designated carrier for transportation from Collectron to Nogales, Mexico.
-Communicate and report situations presented on daily basis to Supervision in Nogales.
-Attend meetings and visits to Arrow Nogales on a regular basis.

Required Skills:
- Previous experience as Materials Associate and similar activities described in this Job Description.
-Ability to openly communicate with employees at all levels.
-Demonstrated ability to understand and process information through computer systems.
-Basic knowledge of English language (50%).
-Proactive, enthusiastic with minimal supervision required.
