Job Description


Responsibilities: Principal systems engineer in the development of Spacecraft to Payload interfaces. Must be able to manage all interface closures (electrical, mechanical, optical, and software-hardware). Engineer must be able to function in a multity integrated product team environment and provide technical leadership for interface development across each of the teams. The engineer will also be responsible for developing and managing interface verification at the system and subsystems levels.

Existing clearance required

Positions at U.S. locations may require citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances. Additional clearances may also be required from the DoD.



The ideal candidate will possess


Required Skills:
Current SSBI. Interface Control Document develpment and management. Knowledge of Satellite interfaces including alignment, telemetry and command data structure, power distribution, mass properties, interconnects, themal interfaces, mechanical/structural, and processor interfaces. Requirements verification management. Good interpersonal/presentation skills.


Desired Skills:
Previous design experience. Previous technical leadership experience. Infrared/Visible system engineering experience.
