Project Lead

Requerimos un elemento con al menos 8 años de experiencia en cada una de las siguientes áreas:
*Experience in the Information Technology industry.
*Experience working with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
*Experience building and managing development teams through use of team meetings, task assignment, mentoring, facilitation and training
*Experience developing, documenting and executing highly effective project management, work and quality plans.
*Experience managing in a web-based software development projects.
*Experience leading IT organizations in Enterprise Process Improvement initiatives.
*Experience working with the complete project management lifecycle (PMLC).
*Experience developing, implementing and monitoring improvements to IT processes.
*Experience producing and executing Enterprise communication plans.
*Experience implementing Enterprise approaches to process improvement.
*Experience managing discovery and analysis projects.
*Success at managing resources in a mixed functional and matrix project environment.
*Experience using industry-accepted process management models (i.e. CMMI, Six Sigma) at the Enterprise level.
*Oral and written communication skills.
*Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Este proyecto es para desarrollarse directamente en Houston Texas por lo tanto es necesario que los candidatos cuenten con visa americana y pasaporte para viajar, además de un excelente nivel de inglés.
