Al menos 4 años de experiencia en cada una de las siguientes:
*Experience in technical writing for a software product including business/functional requirements, technical specifications, and end-user documentation
*Experience gathering business process requirements and translating into technical specifications by working with user groups or through individual interviews
*Experience with standard writing and documentation tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe FrameMaker, and Microsoft Office products (particularly Microsoft Word)
*Experience working in a project team environment
*Extreme proficiency in Microsoft Word
