311 Project Manager

Requerimos un elemento que cuente con al menos 7 años de experiencia en cada una de las siguientes áreas:
*Experience with project management.
*Experience with information system implementation and acceptance testing.
*Experience interfacing with all areas affected by the project including stakeholders, program/business/relationship managers, vendors and end users
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Experience developing and delivering presentations.
*Facilitation skills.
*Experience engaging client executives.

De preferencia contar con 5 años en cada una de las siguientes:
*Knowledge of Six Sigma a plus.
*Project management certification
*Knowledge, experience and projects deployed for a call center (311) and processing of work orders in a public sector environment
*Knowledge and experience in Natural, Adabas, Microsoft SQL, and web services
*Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance a plus
