Job Description


Responsibilities: Provide systems engineering support to new programs within Space and Airborne Systems business unit. Specific duties may include: development/management of system requirements, management/execution of trade studies, interface definition/management, design integration, verification/test planning, and integration. Special emphasis on proposal and new program start-up activities.
Position: Full-Time

Existing clearance required

Positions at U.S. locations may require citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances. Additional clearances may also be required from the DoD.



The ideal candidate will possess


Required Skills:
Engineering experience in Space Segment Systems Engineering. Demonstrated ability to work as a member of an integrated product team. Strong communications skills: written and oral. Strong problem solving ability. Experience in proposal development for Government systems.


Desired Skills:
Experience in space systems engineering activities including one or more of the following: requirements management, verification planning, system performance analysis, mission analysis, interface management, integration, test. Experience with space sensor payloads or airborne sensor payloads.


Typical Experience: 8-10 years

Degree: B.S.

Major(s): Engineering - General

Experience can substitute for educational requirements
