Job Description


Responsibilities: Must have the ability to perform EME analysis of electronic systems, flowdown system E3 requirements to subassembly level, support and perform MIL-STD-461/462 and 464A testing, write control plans, test plans, test procedures and test reports. Must be capable of preparing and performing presentations, supporting design reviews, gate reviews, peer reviews, proposal efforts and creating basis of estimates. Must exhibit exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness. Must be able to act independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with development and implementation of programs. Prime spokesperson on company's technical capabilities and future directions. Instrumental in attracting and obtaining major new company business.

The ideal candidate will possess


Required Skills:
Thorough knowledge and experience with E3 test methods, control plans, test equipment, EME analysis techniques, MIL-STD-461/462/464 requirements, nuclear hardness and survivability, nuclear induced EM effects, EMP, EMV, ESD, HERO, lightning effects, shielding and grounding techniques.


Desired Skills:
Must be able to work in a multi-disciplined environment, dealing with numerous inside and outside organizations. BS degree minimum with MS or higher preferred, 10 years minimum experience in E3, mentoring of junior personnel, demonstrated technical leadership.
