Job Description
Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and sustaining elemental, application and integration technologies as they apply to high speed long range air vehicles. Responsibility spans the product life cycle from development through full rate production. Identifies best strategies to pursue advanced technologies, considering CRAD, IRAD, Supplier Partnerships, acquisitions, etc. Coordinates, develops and sustains a supplier review of technologies that support both air vehicle level and RMS-level technology roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will possess
Required Skills:
Broad understanding of a wide array of technologies, including high temperature materials, composites, propulsion, low observable, high speed aerodynamics, multi-disciplined optimization, and simulation tools. Ability to integrate lower level tech roadmap thrusts with higher level tech roadmaps, and coordinate CRAD activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
Ability to establish relationships between diverse technology groups and integrate technologies across multiple disciplines to support higher level technology thrusts. Detailed knowledge of advanced aircraft design, high speed aerodynamics, hypersonic propulsion systems or other related technology. Demonstrated ability to develop technology roadmaps.
